EWS Employee Module allows your HR to be at easy in managing employees. It provides thorough details of the employee as well as upload system to add/edit multiple new employees.
Powerful Employee OnBoarding System
Once new employees arrive, EWS has a function to allow new joiners to get started with the EWS system that includes an onboarding email notification to activate the EWS account for them.
Employee Self Service
EWS allows employee to raise request form, approve request, or even print salary slip by themselves anywhere at anytime.
Org Chart
EWS allows employees to be organized in Org Chart system. This feature enables employees with the same functions to perform approval for submitted request forms.
Approval Delegation
EWS allows employees to delegate approval to other employees whenever they are not available to perform the task.
Department Admin
EWS allows employees to be segregated by departments and assign a department admin or secretary for each department. The department admin will have access to all submitted requests by all employees in the department.
Announcement
HR can send announcement to all employees. The announcement will be shown in the employee’s dashboard page.
Approval Replacement
HR can easily replace approvers with this function. The selected approver in all existing forms will be automatically replaced as long as they have not yet approved the requests.
Detailed Employee Information
EWS provides detailed and comprehensive employee information.
Employee Summary Report
HR can view detailed employee reports based on Nationality, Employment Type, Department, User Group, Work Type, and other classifications.
